What is included

Version 0.2 estimates standard employee take-home pay from gross employment income. Canada calculations include federal and provincial or territorial income tax plus CPP/EI; Quebec uses QPP, Quebec EI, QPIP and the federal Quebec abatement. UK calculations include Income Tax and employee Class 1 National Insurance.

Use it as an estimate

Actual payroll can differ because of tax-credit forms, pensions, RRSPs, benefits, union dues, tax codes, student loans, multiple jobs, bonuses, taxable benefits and payroll rounding.
